Each stage of the process is accompanied by procedures. Any non-conformities are managed directly in-house; this ensures that the material is delivered with the highest possible quality. Returns on our finished products are virtually non-existent. For the purchase of processed products, we use certified and carefully selected suppliers with whom we have an excellent collaborative and consulting relationship. We have an in-house laboratory where we perform all the routine analyses necessary for the proper management of the phosphating and wastewater treatment plant.
All the results of the daily tests and analyses are scrupulously recorded on special forms that are kept with the production schedules, signed at each stage by the employees.
For extraordinary analyses we use external laboratories.

The batches are identified upon receipt of the goods and are managed with a digital system following the processing phases according to a procedural program controlled at each of these phases.
